The Everhot 90 Series is a beautifully designed and elegantly proportioned for the modern kitchen. With two good sized ovens and cast iron hot and simmer plate, the 90 series is perfect choice for families of all sizes. The 90mm width makes this cooker the ideal replacement for tradition ranges, often built to this size. You have two options of models: the Everhot 90+ or the Everhot 90i.
The Everhot 90+ is designed for people who like the look and feel of a traditional standard sized range. It is the ideal solution if an old range has been removed as many were built to this size. In addition to its traditional appeal and versatility the 90+ features a separate simmer plate conveniently located under a second stainless steel lid. In this model the controls are integrally mounted behind their own cast iron door, beside the top oven.
The 90i substitutes the separate simmer plate with a 2 zone induction hob. The induction hob offers you a fantastic solution for those summer days when you simply don't want heat in the kitchen and induction is unrivaled in terms of control, speed and efficiency.
EVERHOT 90+
The Everhot 90+ benefits from an additional cast iron simmer plate conveniently located under a second stainless steel lid.
This gives the cooker a beautifully balanced look and provides useful additional cooking space. If you decide that you do not need the second simmer plate switched on continuously, it is a simple task to switch it back on when you need it.
EVERHOT 90i
The Everhot 90i has an integral two zone induction hob, neatly fitted under the right hand lid.
The induction hob offers you extra capacity at any time and a fantastic solution for those summer days when you simply don’t want heat in the kitchen. Induction is unrivalled in terms of control, speed and efficiency.
EVERHOT 90+ SIMMER PLATE
As well as the Large cast iron hot plate on the left which is split it to two zones boliling and simmering, the 90+ has a smaller cast-iron simmer plate, controlled separately to the main hot-plate on the right.
EVERHOT 90i INDUCTION HOB
It can be used separately to the rest of your Everhot, either as extra capacity when you're busy, or as a low-energy (and low heat-output) alternative to the cast-iron hotplate in warmer weather

Simmer plate: Maximum 300°C
90+ additional simmer plate: Maximum 200°C
Top oven: Maximum 250°C
Bottom oven: Maximum 200°C (EVH 90+) & 180°C (EVH 90i)
Grill A 2.5KW full width radiant grill with a 30 minute digital timer is located in the top oven.
